I made many new like-minded friends who are all looking to be the best version of themselves. I learned about the eating continuum, from dieting to fuelling. And my performance improved. It was all made possible by the camaraderie that was formed as we all worked together. And a shoutout to our conductor, Neil, who orchestrated everything. Couldn’t have done it without him. A thoroughly enjoyable experience.

The whole package was brilliant and the results achieved (>12kg weight loss in 10 weeks; fitter; leaner; more muscle definition, FTP up 60 watts, VO2 max up 7 ml/kg/min) have been incredible - all expectations have been shattered. The tools and resources shared made it easy to stick to a meal plan that's was food I like to eat. The training peaks app allowed me to get my rides in and did not make me too fatigued, so I was able to get through my work day without a problem.
