I made many new like-minded friends who are all looking to be the best version of themselves. I learned about the eating continuum, from dieting to fuelling. And my performance improved. It was all made possible by the camaraderie that was formed as we all worked together. And a shoutout to our conductor, Neil, who orchestrated everything. Couldn’t have done it without him. I just want to thank Neil for being an excellent personal trainer. Work paid for 12 sessions with a PT and after a bit of research I went with Neil. He’s calm, friendly, and knowledgable. I’d never even been to a gym before, so was apprehensive about working with a personal trainer, but Neil made me feel very comfortable, listening to and answering any questions I had. Over the course of the sessions we worked on toning up my muscles, being more physically active to improve overall mental well-being, and reducing lower back pain.
